Role:
As a Prep-2-Play Physio your primary role will be to educate, train and support coaches in the implementation of the most up to date and evidence based injury prevention strategies at their clubs. You will be required to host workshops for a selection of coaches in your local area and provide feedback to these coaches on their implementation of the program.
Training:
Physios will attend a training workshop with the research team to become an accredited Prep-2-Play Physiotherapist.
You will also have ongoing support provided with access to a digital toolbox of resources including, manuals, webinars, research and videos to keep you up to date and guide you while you work with the coaches.
The estimated time commitment across the 2021/2022 seasons is 15 hours and you will be compensated for your time by the project team.
